Making Fresh Peach Cobbler
Our Cobbler Work Setup We decided to peel the peaches by hand for two reasons. One, we were not doing many and two, a number of the peaches were split pit peaches. We had bought some grade out peaches because they were much cheaper and they would be cut up in pieces to use in cobblers. Here Bernice has a tray to put the peels and pits in and a dish of cold water to clean her knife.
