Making Fresh Peach Cobbler
Add Starch to Peaches When we have 6 cups of cut peaches (mashed enough to eliminate air spaces for an accurate measurement) we transfer them to a large bowl. We will then add 4 tablespoons of starch into the bowl of peaches. We are using tapioca starch but you can use what ever starch you like.
