Ingredients Needed for Apple Mix

Apples (About 4 large)
1/2 Cup Sugar
4 Tablespoons Starch

Ingredients Needed for Topping

1 and 1/2 Cups Baking Mix
1 and 1/2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Nuts (We used walnuts)
1/2 Cup Milk

This recipe produces 2 8X4X3 Pans of Cobbler or 1 8X8 Baking Dish.
