Freezing Peaches Recipe
for Milkshakes

We pick 52 pounds of Peaches form Bernice's Sister's Peach Orchard. We will freeze them for use in milkshakes, shortcakes and other uses.

Try to select tree-ripened fruit if possible.

Freestone peaches will make your job easier.

We like a syrup of 2 parts of water to 1 part of sugar.
