16 Steps to Freezing Peaches

Step 1, Get Organized

After we have gotten our peaches and arrived home we begin the process of freezing the peaches. Bernice sorts out the peaches depending on their ripeness and condition. Paul makes sure we have the equipment and supplies ready to go. Freezer boxes are gathered up and made sure they are clean and ready with lids. Many have been with us over the years and need to be checked for suitability in their next use. The vase with 60 is from Bernice's 60th reunion of her high school class.
