Freezing Stuffed Spuds

7. Grate Cheese

We use our trusty shredder to grate our Cheddar cheese. We shred the chunk we cut off and set aside enough to get our cup of shredded cheese. The rest we put in our refrigerator for other use. We use lots of cheese at our house.
