16. Wrap and Freeze

Well there you are, all done and ready to eat. We will eat one. We will serve it with a dollop of sour cream. How much sour cream in a dollop? You be the judge. Wrap with foil and mark with contents, month and year. Set them in the freezer for future use. Do not stack until frozen.

One additional word. We have gotten some comments from people about who does what in the cooking and canning. Well we both do what is needed. Bernice gets in all the pictures because Paul does the photography. It was delicious. The recipe came from my older son. Chet, who graciously shared this delight with us.
