Step 11, Crank the Mill

Here Bernice begins to crank the fool mill handle. This forces the sauce through the grid on the bottom into the pan below. This mill works quite well and does a good job. If you had too many skins still in the sauce you might have to remove the skins from the food mill from time to time. As we had removed most of the skins we didn't need to do that. This wonderful device costs about $30.
