Making Peach Butter
Sort the Peaches As soon as we arrive home after picking our peaches, Bernice sorts them out. She sorts them into three groups. Group one is the split pits. They must be handled separately because insects can be inside the peach. Group two is the most ripe and will need to be processed immediately.
