Making Peach Butter
Our Work Table This photo shows our work table for working on the peaches. A tray for the dipped peaches, a bowl for pits and skins, a container of cold water for Bernice to dip her hands in to periodically clean her hands and a bowl with cold slightly salted water to put the peach halves in. Outside of that is a container that Paul will use to take on to the blender to liquefy. He will dip more peaches as the supply gets low.
