Canning Bing Cherry Jam
Our Work Table This photo shows our work table setup. The washed cherries are on the left, a tray to catch pits in the center and a 4-cup measuring dish on the right to put the pitted cherries in. Cherries stain everything badly so have a plastic tarp on top of the table and another under the table.
