Canning Pear Jam
Heat the Jars Paul puts the jars we will use inverted in a shallow pan with an inch of water. He will turn on the heat in a moderate temperature so the water will gently boil. This sterilizes and heats the jars. You should not put hot jam in a cold jar. We will put our jam in half pints.
