Step 6, Cut Celery into Strips

After washing and trimming the celery ends we cut the stalks into narrow strips. We left the leaves on the celery. It adds additional flavor to the soup. I have chopped up the leaves already and put them into the dish. No, I didn't manage to knock the dish on the floor, but came too close to doing that. I use the small spatula to pick up the chopped celery and put it into the dish.
