12 Steps to Canning Apricots

Step 2, Wash, Rinse Jars and Rings

Wash and rinse jars and rings. We use the dishwasher for this step and leave them in the machine until needed. We prefer to use wide-mouth quarts jars. It makes it easier to get Bernice's hands in to arrange the apricots hollow side down. Paul's big hands just won't go in.
