Step 5, Cut Apricots in half

After washing, Bernice cuts the apricot in half. She will also cut out the stem end and any bad spots on the fruit. If the fruit has too many bad spots she will set it aside to use in the making of jam or nectar. She will also set aside any fruit that perhaps is too ripe. It will then be used for jam or nectar.
