Setup to Boil Beets

This is our setup to begin to boil the beets. The tray with the washed beets, the bowl of cold water to put the hot boiled beets and the pot of water to boil the beets in it are shown. The heat is under the pot of water and the beets will be put in when it is in a full boil.
