Slice Beets

After washing the beets you need to make a decision whether to slice or dice the beets. This time we have decided to dice them. Dicing will make it easier to pack them in jars especially in pints. But it is your choice. If you slice you may wish to cut the larger slices in half. To dice them first cut them into 3/8 inch slices.
