Canning Apricots Recipe

Two 25 pound Boxes of Apricots resulted in:
16 Quarts of Canned Apricots.
9 Pints Jam
6 Quarts of Apricot Nectar

Try to select tree-ripened fruit if possible.

We like a light syrup of 2 parts of water to 1 part of sugar.
