Ready to Eat Presentation is an important facet in Chinese cooking. We have obtained suitable Chinese tableware for our dinners. You should have some chopstick holders to keep them off of the table. The hot sauce is available for those who wish to use it. We will fill our dishes first so the guests (generally non-Chinese) know how it is done. We help them get the rice into their bowl if they have problems using the chopsticks. We will have a spoon in the sauce for their use. We spoon the sauce in our dish to show them how much to use.
