Chinese Cooking Ingredients Jiaozi (Pot Stickers) - 14 One of the popular dishes in China is Jiaozi (Jow Za). You can make your own or by some already made. Actually they are a wrapper filled with cabbage and pork, chicken, beef or just vegetarian. These can be boiled, avoid hard boiling to prevent them tearing apart. They can be fried in oil or heated in a microwave. We boil ours. We serve them with a sauce of soy sauce, vinegar and tomato catsup so you can dip them in the sauce.
