Spring rolls are a favorite food during the Spring Festival which is also known as Chinese New Year. Filled with vegetables and sold frozen they are fried in oil, drained and served. We paid $1.99 for this dozen rolls. These spring Rolls are slightly hot. Paul likes them hot but Bernice does not.
