Upscale Kitchen

This kitchen impressed us with its cleanliness and equipment. The kitchen equipment was the most modern and in a state of the utmost clean condition I have ever seen in a Chinese apartment. The ventilation system above the stove helped to keep the hot kitchen cool. This kitchen belongs to one of our former students who went on to get a Master's degree and her husband has a PhD. We hope to visit them in 2008 when we travel again to China.
