Chinese Cooking Tools Individual Bowl, Spoon and Saucer These individual soup bowls and Chinese spoons will be used for soup such as egg-flower soup. You most likely need a set of six or eight for your guests. Also we show the chopstick rests we supply for our guests. This allows them to park their chopsticks without putting them on the table cloth. These rests come in many varieties. Pick the ones you like. The small saucer gets used as a place to put inedible portions or things they don't care for. Most all restaurants supply these for their guests.
