Prepare the Bisquick Mix

Using the instructions on the Bisquick package we mixed 2 cups of Bisquick with two beaten eggs and two cups of milk. We used 2% milk but you use what you like. Being an old fashion bunch we used a hand mixer. It was one we found at a Goodwill Store for 5 cents and Paul made a wooden handle for it. But you can use your new power mixer. We also used the Low-Fat Bisquick Mix.
