Before we start a project we assemble the ingredients. We also check to see we have enough of each item for the project. Make sure each package had enough for what you are cooking. The list we need for this Fiesta Casserole is on the opening page. Because we are cooking this casserole for our Sunday school class potluck we are doing two casseroles. The recipe is for one casserole.
