3. Beat Eggs

We cracked 3 eggs and now beat them with our old faithful hand mixer. We bought that mixer for a nickel from Goodwill Industries some 50 years ago. In the back ground you can see the cup of chopped onions we had previously prepared. We chopped them into small pieces. They sit waiting their turn.
