Making Potato Puffs

9. Mash Potatoes

We mash our potatoes using our potato masher. Dig deep from the sides and bottom with a large tablespoon a few times. We omitted adding salt to the potatoes. We elected to let the people eating the potato puffs to salt to their taste and needs.
