Making Potato Puffs 24. Wrap for Freezer We elected to wrap in foil, our potato puffs in packages of 6. We will freeze those packages for future use. We picked six for the size of our family (2). We marked the wrapped packages with the contents and date (month and year). They will store well for 3 to 4 months.
