4. Clamp Cutter

Punching the lever on the cutter as shown will vacuum clamp the cutter to any smooth surface. We use a "Progressive International Deluxe Potato Cutter." It came from CSN Stores. Cost was about $23 USD. This potato cutter is made of stainless steel. It came with two set of cutters. One for cutting shoestring potatoes and the other for larger fries. Changing sets is easy.
