Making Ham Cheese Soufflé 7. Grated Cheeses As we grated the Cheddar cheese we put it into a four cup measuring cup filling it to the 2 cup level. Following that we put grated Swiss cheese into the same measuring dish filling it to the 4 cup level. We now have 2 cups of each cheese.
