Making Ham Cheese Soufflé 20. Bake and Eat The next day about 90 minutes before we want to eat we will remove the pan from the refrigerator. We let it sit for 30 minutes to warm up slightly. We will then put it into a preheated oven. Set the oven to 350 degrees (F). It will need to bake from 40 to 60 minutes. Check it after 40 minutes. When the top is slightly brown take it out.
