4. Microwave Potato

We will be using a potato cutter to cut our sweet potatoes into shoestrings. Because of this you need to soften the hard sweet potato. We do this by putting our sweet potato in the microwave. A potato of the size shown required 90 seconds of cooking to soften it sufficiently.
