Our Work Setup - 2

We work on our kitchen table. On the right Paul will sit and peel, slice and core the apples. He uses a cookie tray to catch the peels. A cutting board sits next to that to cut the slices in pieces. Bernice will sit on the other side and trim if needed. As each apple is finished she put the slices in the bowl of slightly salted water. Bernice poses for the photo and then Paul does the peeling.
