22. Into the Oven

We now put out 2 pans into the preheated oven. The oven was preheated to 350 degrees (F). It will take about 35 to 40 minutes to bake. Take out when the top is lightly golden brown. Note that we put the pans on a cookie sheet with short sides in case any boils over. Under that is a shiny cookie sheet. That will prevent the bottom from burning before the top bakes.
