Peanut Butter Cookies
Add the Spices We now measure out the spices and add them to the top of the flour sifter. This will accomplish several things. It breaks up any lumps in the spices, the ginger had lumps, and spreads the spices well within the flour. Take the time to carefully measure the spices and count out aloud the number as you do it. It keeps good track on how many teaspoons you add. Set aside each spice as you add, so you eliminate any chance of doubling up on any one of them. You need 3 teaspoons salt, 3 teaspoons baking soda, 4 teaspoons ginger and 4 teaspoons of cinnamon. ⇦ Back to Step 10 On to Step 12 ⇨Return to Peanut Cookies Page 2 |
