Peanut Butter Cookies
Drop Dough on Cookie Sheet It is a good idea to put the dough into the refrigerator for a spell to cool it down and stiffen it up. Not required but helpful. It's a good time to take a rest break as well. We had made custard just before the cookies so a custard break was in order. Drop a spoonful on the ungreased cookie sheet. Then using a large fork press it into the top of each cookie twice at 90 degrees to flatten it and to put the traditional pattern to let others know they are peanut butter cookies. Remember some people are very allergic to peanuts. It can help to dip the fork in sugar to keep it from sticking. ⇦ Back to Step 13 On to Step 15 ⇨Return to Peanut Cookies Page 2 |
