We are Done

When you take the cookies out let them sit and cool for a few minutes before using spatula to ease them onto a cooling wire rack. This batch will make about 12 dozen 2 1/2 inch cookies. We pack them into tins, mark the tops and freeze them for future use. But by all means try a warm cookie now. One of my fondest memories are warm cookies with milk and laughing with joy with my Mom. She is gone now but lives on in many ways as I plow through life with her advice of the years.
