Peanut Butter Cookies
We are Done When you take the cookies out let them sit and cool for a few minutes before using spatula to ease them onto a cooling wire rack. This batch will make about 12 dozen 2 1/2 inch cookies. We pack them into tins, mark the tops and freeze them for future use. But by all means try a warm cookie now. One of my fondest memories are warm cookies with milk and laughing with joy with my Mom.
