10. Mix it Well

We now use our trusty, low carbon emission mixer to mix well the ingredients so far. That hand mixer has been in the family some 55 years. It seems like an old friend. It came from Goodwill Industries. It cost a nickel but I had to make a handle for it. I made the handle of a piece of teak.
