Getting Ready to Roll out the Dough

Paul get out one of his favorite Christmas presents from his son Chet, the marble board and rolling pin. Our copper gingerbread man sits quietly alongside waiting his turn in the spotlight. The sifter sits there with some flour in it to be used to flour the board. We have discovered the sifter was the best way to lightly and evenly cover the board and dough with a dusting of flour.
