Making Hazelnut Cookies

9. Add Milk

We have used our pastry cutter to mix the sugar and butter. Stopping a few times to clear the cutter of clogs of butter we persist and it now nicely cut in. To the cut in butter and sugar we add our 1 cup of milk.
