Making Hazelnut Cookies

15. Roll Dough

Using a couple of spoons carve off a 1 inch ball of dough. Roll it in the cinnamon/sugar mixture and place the ball spaced on a cookie sheet. The cookies will expand somewhat when baked so space them well apart.
