Making Macaroons

21. Turn Over

After they have cooled for about 5 minutes use a spatula to lift the macaroons free from the cookie tray. Turn them over so the bottoms can harden some. Now here comes a mystery. One of the macaroons shows up missing. I remark about this to Bernice and she just grins and chews.
