Mixing in the Flour With the mixer set on the lowest speed we start to mix the flour in. High speed too soon may cause a cloud of flour to fly into the air. The mix will get thick soon and you may have to help keeping the bowl moving with your hand helping it. We will use the scraper to keep the sides moved into the bade area. Again helping by moving the bowl by hand. Scrap both the sides and bottom.
