Add in Flour

After measuring out the flour we add it in slowly to the mixer on the lowest speed. We continue to add the flour a little at a time. When it is mixed well we then will add more until all flour is in the batter. Our mixer did the job quite well and fast. After all flour is in we are done with the mixer. We will clean the mixer blades and continue on with just a spoon.
