5. Into Pan

We need a 9 by 13 (inch) pan for our blueberry cheesecake bars. Ours is a non-stick pan so we do not need to oil to pan. We put all of the buttered wafers in the pan and use a smooth spatula to level out the mix. We also use the spatula to press down flat the mix as shown.
