Cut the Bread Slices

We cut the slices into one-inch cubes. We slice in one direction and rotate them 90 degrees and slice again. Here we used whole wheat bread but you could use any type you have. This an especially good use for any bread that has gotten old as long as it wasn't moldy. We need 8 cups of 1 inch bread cubes.
