11. Stir Saucepan

We used our hand beater to help mix the pudding and then put the saucepan on the stove. At this point it is wise to stir constantly. I get a stool to sit on and turn on some Mozart. Eventually it thickens as I stir. If you think a watched pot never boils just look away.
