Prepare Oven Ready Pans

We used two pans for our pastry. It is best to use the smaller size. You will need to turn them out onto a plate when finished baking. The bigger one here we used would have been better the same size as the smaller. You prepare the pans by putting 1/4 cup of margarine spread out on each of the bottom of the pans. Over the margarine put 1/3 cup of brown sugar in each of the two pans.
