Into the Oven

The two cookie sheets are placed into a preheated oven to bake. We set the oven for 325 degrees. They will need about an hour. After 30 minutes Paul changed the bottom tray to the top and the top one to the bottom. This will help to bake more evenly. Check at about 50 minutes with a toothpick for being done. Because of the ingredients the loaves will be dark in color.
