20. Cut into Squares

After the lemon bars have completely cooled use a knife to cut them into squares. Use a small spatula the lift them off the pan onto a plate. The corners may not come out as perfectly as you might like. If you have any rug rats hanging around share those with them. Our rug rats gone from the nest so Paul happily does this task,
